Meet Emanuele Vocaturo, co-owner of Bocca Restaurant and a true Roman native with a passion for pizza that runs as deep as the Mediterranean. At just 27 years old, Emanuele brings over a decade of culinary experience to the table, specializing in his secret recipe for authentic Roman pizza dough.
But Emanuele's story isn't just confined to the kitchen. With a love for the ocean rivaled only by his love for pizza, he's traveled the world, balancing his time between catching waves and perfecting his craft in prestigious kitchens. It was during these adventures that he realized his mission: to share his childhood favorite, Roman pizza, with the world.
At Bocca, Emanuele's vision comes to life, alongside friend and business partner, Alex. Each slice is a taste of Rome, crafted with care and tradition, yet infused with the global flavors he's encountered on his journey.

ALESSANDRO FERRARO
Alessandro Ferraro, known to friends and patrons alike as Alex, is our other co-owner and master mixologist at Bocca Restaurant. Originally from the eminent city of Milan, Alex' expertise was cultivated in some of the world’s most prestigious hotels and luxury cruise lines, where he honed his craft and developed a keen eye for innovation in mixology.
Alex’s extensive travels has given him a rich tapestry of experiences and a deep appreciation for diverse culinary traditions. This global perspective ultimately led him to the enchanting town of Ericeira. Here, alongside his close friend Emanuele, Alex realized a shared dream and established what has now become the beloved Bocca Restaurant.
At Bocca, Alex's artistry in mixology is showcased through an array of exquisite cocktails, each infused with the essence of his international adventures and deep-rooted Italian heritage. His dedication to excellence and creativity ensures that every guest experiences a unique and memorable journey with every visit.
